The sleeve is actually the same as for the 5 track EP CD promo SOURCDJ042 but a large sticker has been placed over the track-list with the information for this 1 track CDr release. The stickered sleeve refers to the title as "One Dimension (New Radio Mix)"; it is called "One Dimension (New Radio Edit)" on the disc. This is a "brand new radio version". The sticker says the release date will be 22 October 2001, and shows the dates and venues for Simian's tour with the Turin Brakes in the UK from October 2001.
